We are recruiting a Chef to join the team in our busy clubhouse. We’re looking for someone who is enthusiastic, reliable and has a real passion for delivering great food.
You’ll normally work under the supervision of our Head Chef but you’ll also be required to run the kitchen in their absence. This role is the perfect step for someone looking to further develop and broaden their catering skills.
You’ll have the opportunity to create your own menus, design your own dishes and you’ll become a familiar face to the members at our golf club. If you’ve got food ideas we want to hear them.
The successful applicant will have:
- At least two years’ experience in a catering role at a qualified chef level
- Their own transport
- The ability to work unsupervised
- Ideally a current hygiene certificate
This is a full-time role and you can expect to work a minimum of 40 hours per week, often including weekend and early/late shifts. You’ll enjoy 28 days holiday each year (including bank holidays) and a competitive salary based on your existing experience.
